Tiaras and Toast Self Esteem Brunch

This brunch will focus on eliminating sterotypes and embracing your self worth.  The theme, "I am...... BUT I am NOT....."  will help attendees to own their truths  while celebrating these distictions.  A person's  self esteem can tie directly into mental health deficiencies and having a sisterhood avaliable to support you in your truth is amazing.  The event will include  interactive activities with a guest speaker and   a panel discussion centered around self-love led by licensed mental health professionals.  The special guest will speak on healing through troubled times .  The goal is provide a safe environment for the girls to be exposed to trails and tribulations that others have overcome with the support of others.
